وَتَرَى الْمُجْرِمِينَ يَوْمَئِذٍ مُّقَرَّنِينَ فِي الأَصْفَادِ

And you will see the guilty on that day linked together in chains.
And thou wilt see the sinners that day bound together in fetters;-
